I'm in a spiral. Everything going on. The feeling that we can't come back from this. The feeling that less than half the country got us into banana Republic status.... What do we do? I need a break I have been on edge for 16 days straight... I'm not okay.

One more step. I moved the FB app to the second page in a folder. I'm slowly leaving. This will help me not habitually check it. I'm trying to get all my important contacts before leaving.

A while back magats asked (on quora I think) when Trump dies if we would be respectful. My answer was I'll be as respectful as he was.
