We are disappointed to share that we were unable to reach an agreement with the City of Boston and Boston Public Library Management at our bargaining session on Friday, October 13th.

After a disappointing bargaining session last Friday, our countdown goes on. Eighteen days of PSA membership working under an expired contract when what they deserve is a fair, updated contract that meets their needs.

Here’s hoping we can make 13 our lucky number today as we head back to the bargaining table with the City and library management. Our members deserve a fair contract and we are working hard to deliver it for them!

We're 11 days overdue on our contract, which could have been avoided if the City had scheduled with us when we requested to bargain 5 months ago! We hope the City of Boston and BPL management come ready to get a fair contract for members at our bargaining session this Friday.
