The canopy parts are a bit over engineered IMHO, but finally got them together. Some of the kit masks don't fit, and the vinyl doesn't stick to curves so had to score and trim some of them. #DoraWingsVegaGull

Next up! Only ever built a couple of Dora Wings offerings thus far, but I have found them to be very enjoyable builds. A lot of care appears to have gone into their design and they always provide a few "extras" to enhance matters. Looking forward to this... #DoraWingsVegaGull

Fuselage together. Wasn't at all happy with the way the instrument panel sat according to the kit, scratch built a new one with some proper coaming as in the real aircraft. #CMRCA15

A happy new year to you all! Next up, more rare Australiana - the CA-15 "Kangaroo", of which only one was ever built. It may bear a passing resemblance to the P-51 but allegedly owes it nothing. A resin set from CMR here which will no doubt present it's own challenges, #CMRCA15
