I found an even better option: Heavy whipping cream with zero sugar chocolate syrup! I think I'm even starting to like the taste 🐽
Trying a new gainer "shake" to put on some pounds without making my glucose go through the roof. I'm just combining some zero sugar coffee creamer (10%) with heavy whipping cream (90%). Each glass is about 1/3 of a quart, which works out to about 1,000 calories.
