I think the Club World Cup is exciting. To see teams from all over the world play each other and challenge our idea of euro dominance.

Why are energy companies allowed to make such vast profits unchallenged? Not only should the essential industries (energy, transport, health care, etc) be nationalised, but there should be strict rules about what these companies should do with profits.

"23 Things they don't tell you about capitalism" is such an incredible book that fills me such a profound sense of frustration at the state of things. And this is a book from 15 years ago.

So disappointed to be English today. For me, I don't want my government to be associated with a genocidal regime at all. For them, what sense does it make to get dragged into a conflict with an allied nation that continues to flout international law, ignites conflicts and also (again) GENOCIDE!

If I had absurd wealth, I would found a game publishing company that invests in devs to make games that put fun at the front, abolishes bad practices in the industry, and doesn't have shareholders taking dividends so that profits can be reinvested and can reward staff for their hard work

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I really have fun with generating songs with AI tools. I couldn't care less about other people's AI songs, but I wrote the lyrics to mine and curated which ones to keep, so it feels fun to make an album of songs

I really don't understand why the translations on the Shonen Jump official app have to take such a heavy handed editorial approach. Its recently been quite annoying for me when I've seen this done better by unpaid translators from 5 years ago.
