For 12 hours, @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social sat and listened to New Yorkers as they shared their concerns about life today, and their dreams for our bright future tomorrow. I am very excited we will have a Mayor who actually listens in a few hours.

Thrilled to stand alongside New York’s Cutest to announce our new request for information for 2-K and 3-K providers. This is the first step toward universal childcare, so I brought in the experts.

Finding a bathroom in New York shouldn't clog up your day. By building more public restrooms, we can all move through this city more smoothly.
More public restrooms across our city?
Relief for all New Yorkers.

On December 14th, I sat across from 142 New Yorkers as they shared their concerns, their dreams, the leadership they long for from City Hall. Our campaign was built around listening to the people of New York, and we will govern in the same way. Tomorrow, we get to work.

Two weeks ago I spent the whole day at the Museum of the Moving Image to listen to New Yorkers. This is what Liam shared with me.

In less than a week, I will be sworn in as the next mayor of New York City. It was only possible because of the more than 100,000 people who volunteered on our campaign. Here’s a story about one of them, my mother.

Back in June, I tagged along with the legendary Mira Nair for an afternoon canvass in Richmond Hill. Production delays (by yours truly) kept this from coming out during the election, but we wanted to share this one with you for the holidays. I hope you enjoy it - this is one of my favorites.
