Routine home win. Barely broke sweat. Two super goals. Did enough but not much more. Shame that the top three are also in great form. Mondays a difficult game for both sides. We won't be easy to beat but Leeds are absolutely flying. What a season were having

Yuck. That was rotten. We're just too timid in these games. Regis hasn't solved the problem. These missed opportunities at home are the hallmark of our season. Still a long way to go but we constantly slip up when given the chance to kick on. Should have won it with the late 1 on 1s - undeserved

Outstanding from this young Sunderland side. We are still right in the mix. Great leadership tonight from Dan Neil and LeFee showing his class. Boro might think they were unlucky but they just give up too many chances. Poveda should have scored but we'll call it ring rusty. Ha'way the lads

Inexperienced team, inexperienced coach/manager. Only 5 of our best 11 starting in their best position. And again a team thats bang on form. Disappointing the way it came about but still a great point. Long way to go yet. Could be a big week
