I loved this book. It’s a little ridiculous and the concept is insane and it was such an enjoyable read. I devoured it in two sittings and I can’t wait to read the next one. This is officially my recommendation to people when they ask for a holiday romance! 📚💙

I pity the person who must rewrite/remix Austen, but this was still a delightful little queer read. Definitely YA, but it was an easy and sweet little happy ending that I needed right now. Absolutely recommend 📚💙

i know a lot of people are like "live for spite!!!" and i 100% support that if that's what keeps you going but if it doesn't work for you you can live for a variety of reasons, including "read book that isn't out yet", "love", "step on a crunchy leaf", "look at the river", "pat a creature" etc

I’m in a bit of a cozy fantasy mood and this book was perfect for it! A cute, if insta-love romance and an antisocial librarian becoming a jam-maker (and secret sorcerer) with her best friend, who is a sentient spider plant. Definitely recommend for cozy fantasy lovers! 📚💙 #geereviews
