Burn Baby Burn is a slow burn with a heartbeat. Chilling, tense, and painfully real. Nora's silence is frustrating, but deeply human. The fear is real—even if the ending softens the blow. It pulled me out of a slump, and I’m thankful for that.

A powerful, childlike metaphor about shrinking self-worth and finding the courage to grow again. Made me cry more than I expected. A book for children—and for adults who forgot how big their light used to be.

A soulmates story that leans too hard on telling instead of showing. Uncomfortable romance, weak logic, and forced drama make this spiritual tale fall flat. Ambitious themes, but lacking heart and grounding.

Started strong with a juicy premise, but the drama felt forced, the romance distracting, and character reactions often didn’t make sense. Promised emotional depth but got tangled in plot holes and teen angst. Disappointing execution for such a great idea.

Started strong with validation, but quickly spiraled into manipulative advice, unrealistic anecdotes, and class-blind guilt-tripping. One dieter even brags about “staying strong” at a wedding while mocking others. If that’s discipline, I’ll keep my carbs.

Glamorous but overstuffed. Sweet Revenge bombards with fashion jargon, long-winded prose, and little suspense. While the ending satisfies a bit of justice, the road there is slow and cluttered. Not beginner-friendly, but bold in ambition.

Not Sugar Rautbord throwing funny sentences/words while the characters are having s*x.

Bridget is messy, relatable, and unapologetically human. The humor is sharp and real, the twists keep coming, and her failures? Just part of life. She doesn't punish herself for falling short — and that’s what makes her powerful.

Cringey but romantic at first, Firebird unfolds into a heartbreakingly emotional tale. Ethan is deeply flawed, yet human. The ending, while beautiful, feels unrealistic. Still, the story delivers memorable lines and layered characters.

I want more! These letters are clever, funny, and heartwarming. While a few feel a bit repetitive, each page offers a thoughtful and relatable "dog’s-eye" view. It really feels like the pups are writing to you. A fun, feel-good read!

A gripping glimpse into a soldier's life, The Kremlin Device is action-packed yet easy to follow. While the tension lacks bite and problems resolve too easily, it's a solid intro for action-thriller newbies. Clear, direct, and surprisingly readable.

A Sight for Sore Eyes is a true dark romance—not smutty, but horrifyingly intimate. All characters are flawed, yet beautifully written. Teddy’s disturbing nature is oddly compelling. The ending? Chilling and natural, resolved by fate, not force.

I never thought I’d be this dumbstruck. Even though they’re labeled terrorists, it’s hard not to sympathize. The Hammer of Eden highlights how governments let you protest but never listen. The shocking ending left me wanting revenge. The story is original and deeply engaging.

Want spicy issues without the chaos? Maeve Binchy captures it perfectly. Whitethorn Woods is a blend of grief, happiness, and loss, with characters you can’t help but love, no matter their flaws. The protection of St. Ann’s well highlights how people value what’s significant to them.

Though it didn’t fully highlight the fight for better education, Titser powerfully shows how teachers were undervalued. It challenges beliefs on family, love, and career. Osmundo’s redemption and Aling Rosa’s change of heart hit deep. A story of contentment and passion.

Not everyone wants to be a prince—some just want to feel human. This story follows a heartwarming adventure between two unlikely friends. Prince Horace starts off unlikeable but grows into a chaotic yet good-hearted child. A gentle reminder to stay human, no matter your status.

Looking for a laugh? Read this! Feels like a meme compilation with mature humor many can relate to. It’s funny, thoughtful, and carries a light but meaningful reminder to treat love with care—even if the message is a little whimsical.

Such a blast! Honored to have read this. Some parts were dizzying, but it all made sense in the end. Prepare for a storm—there’s a big twist. The Jinn scene? Hot yet tasteful. Shadow’s calm detachment saves him from the dumb moves most MCs make. Solid 5 stars!

I was stunned by how much info this book had. Though meant for kids, I learned things I missed or forgot in science class. It’s updated, but I wish it had more pictures, especially for complex topics. I’ve been eager to learn more about astronomy, and this gave me the perfect boost!
