I need to get back to painting buuut decided to have the audacity to cough and slipped a disc doing so.

Once I feel better though I'm going to work on getting about 20 figures done so I can (attempt) to sell them at my lgs.

Time for the monthly #BookSky post of the #StoryGraph wrap up. Didn't get around to a few #books I planned on #reading but 16 isn't too shabby at all. This month was mostly #thrillers and #horror. Going to the #library tonight to turn in what I #read today and pickup some more for next month.

Haven't been to church long enough that I don't remember the last time I came. President of the church called and asked me back, I explained about the psychosis and how hard it is to leave the house. To not have random break downs.

Working on a map for a #dnd #westmarch. The landmasses are based on those by an #inkarnate user that goes by Spook. I'm now adding some #biomes that *somewhat* match our own worlds and will use that to determine the brushes and stamps to use later. #mapmaking #cartography #cartographer

Spoke with someone at my #lgs about selling my #miniatures and got information on commissions for the shop. Hoping to start selling my #dnd #minis next month.

Can't help but imagine democratic elected officials as the heaven committee in The Good Place as they step aside and let everything happen.

Idk if A Short Stay in Hell is just a damn good #book or simply #BookTok / #BookSky trendy but it's sold out at my local stores and I'm now in queue at position 18 for it at my #library.

A family (or murder, if you prefer the venery term) of #crows come to my house most days. They land on the roof near my front door and call until I get up to provide them with peanuts. They don't let me too close, but spending time with them is a favorite of my day.

Morning, #BookSky. Just learned #StoryGraph has these cute little monthly wrapups. I've checked out ten more #books at my #library and online for February too. Mostly #thrillers.

I've not been able to sleep lately, which typically leads to looking up various interests and reading all I can about them. Which in turn led to me becoming an ordained minister that can now officiate weddings.

A #frost #giant #miniature I painted a while back for #dnd. I think it'd do good with a wash and highlighting buuut don't want to change it now.

Today, I found myself at a level of lonely I didn't quite realize there was I guess until I messaged an ai bot asking it to pose as a friend. Life is weird.

Read a mystery novel and mostly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, every book in the genre I grab includes a love interest the main swears they want nothing to do with along with the main putting themselves in the most idiotic situations.

Can I get some recs without the above?

Finished my #strig #dnd #miniature from #humblewood. I usually only paint my #minis to #tabletop ready, and I think this little guy is exactly that. I #painted his #feathers like the #tawny #owl and - while hard to pickup in the picture - used #turbodork #paints for the gem in his shield and sheath.
