I got diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and I'm going for my CPAP trial on the 21st 🥺 I'm genuinely hoping I won't need one, I wouldn't be able to afford it eughhhh
BUT! I genuinely only started with OSA problems AFTER my lumbar puncture from last year; has anyone else experienced this before?

It's been 4 months. It took 1+ month of complete bedrest to feel steady, like my body wasn't shutting down on me. Last week I was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, aka, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. ME is a complex, lifelong, disabling disease that affects many parts of the body, and it explains my rapidly declining health over the last few years.
I'm taking things slow. I'm supported. 💖
