Trump is an ally of Putin, now pretty explicit. That is a huge issue and challenge for Europe.
🇺🇸 The Trump administration is reportedly pressuring the Senate to soften a proposed sanctions bill against Russia, according to The Wall Street Journal. The White House is urging Senator Lindsey Graham to scale back provisions targeting Russian officials and key economic sectors.

Waiting for the expert, @robinwigglesworth.ft.com to pronounce peak passive this month. Just as with China and Russia, now we should expect politics to creep into mandates and investments decisions. On that basis, passive cannot make all sides happy of current war.

Post liberation day, ESG staff must be very much in demand again. Many policies, in Europe, will need to be re-written. If not, US will likely trip a lot the governance red lines. Especially on the sovereign side, including yours truly, a smart way of managing ESG was focused on

Not sure why, every day keep getting reminded of this bully HF boss: He kept teasing his analyst if he was going to extend his employment contract for entertainment purposes in front of others. I believe he was oblivious to what the analyst was going through, or what some of us were thinking.

Life of a credit manager can really be a loose loose equation: when equities rally no one cares about dull credit. When equities drop, they wipe out so much that investor need to sell credit to keep weights right! #highyield
