If the attack on the Manchester Synagogue was connected to Gaza it is absurd to suggest that the terrorist took no action over the many months of slaughter of men, women and so many children and only carried out his attack when Starmer recognised Palestine.

People in Britain, whatever their religion,
ethnicity or culture should feel safe because then we are all safer. We should also be free to express our opinions and demonstrate about things we take seriously. Both things can be true and very desirable and right.

Trump bullies and sues and screams insults at critical media and individuals who criticise him. Starmer is accused of in influencing independent judicial decisions in some unspecified way. These things are not the same.

I don’t want unlimited and uncontrolled immigration nor an influx of offenders and certainly (and most unlikely) a Country run according to Islam nor any other religion - I just don’t use or encourage hate of people with brown skin to make my point.

It is obvious we need to control immigration and that the people arriving in small boats should end but politicians who weaponise people’s anxieties and encourage them to hate all people with brown skin and pretend to have the answers are part of the problem - and have no solutions.

I have a feeling that this Labour Government could invent a cure for cancer and yet screw up the messaging and marketing such that people would think they invented a new cancer.

Starmer referred to ‘strangers’ in a recent speech. Of some 70 million people in the UK - almost all of them are strangers to me and that’s fine and a fact of life.
