The crews have been at work on the W 52nd to Blanton leg of the Ridgeline and it’s in prime shape. I’m thankful to have these trails so close to home.

I like seeing Eugene’s historic buildings get upgrades. Olive Plaza was built as affordable housing in 1978 and continues that mission today. I liked the previous color scheme, but the new seismic improvements and rain resistant exterior cladding should help it survive another 47 years.
