There is such a strong correlation with interview processes & the quality of talent & work teams ship. You can almost judge one by the other. Cut corners on quality and experience? You likely cut corners hiring people & vice versa.

The best designers & teams practice "intelligent failure", taking chances that yield unexpected results, big wins or strengthen your strategy with learnings. Too many teams lead from a place of fear of failure. It's a sure fire way to death by mediocrity. Embrace failing, avoid the middle.

3. Deep work blocks and open meeting times in my calendar based on those priorities. I use Motion App to help.
