Today Marjorie Ann Watts celebrates (at Daunt Books in Hampstead) both publication of her book and her 98th birthday. (Her grandmother founded PEN International in 1921; + organisations to help young writers and help women into work; + at age 24 published an epic poem supporting women's rights.)
