Here is the thread for the docket for Tuesday 12/30/25. Judge Hill presided over the morning bail review docket in Baltimore City Circuit Court. There was no docket on 12/26/25 due to Christmas. While those of us outside celebrated, everyone locked up was away from their loved ones and merriment.

Case 1: A teen with mental health issues who lost a family member while incarcerated and has a baby on the way. His charges have been reduced.

ASA Corbin requests HWOB.
Pretrial recommends HWOB.
Judge Schreiber orders HWOB because he believes his age makes him dangerous.
