Why can't we normalise letting adults have trainers with velcro too instead of it just being a thing for children (that I've seen out and about)? My #Dyspraxia would really appreciate it ngl. XD

Tfw a customer asks for something and your tired brain misregisters it as the online handle of one of your friends, so you're stood there completely confused trying to calculate what the word was meant to be. Luckily I did figure it out before they got pissed off, but I like the sound of sleep rn.

I relate in a small way. Whenever I said I have Dyspraxia, people would often look at me like I just pulled some letters out of a game of Scrabble and made a word up. It's sadly real and sadly impacts and frustrates the fuck out of me every day (perk of being surrounded by neurotypical people IRL)

Normal Arcadion was so good this tier... especially running it with four others in my casual #FFXIV static and having an absolute blast of a time in voice chat. Making silly jokes etc with friends always makes things fun... just wish they hadn't made me laugh so much cos my throat hurts again now.

I don't feel like you can call yourself "socially awkward" if you join Discord calls completely uninvited and then completely take over the entire conversation. Especially when your taking over literally leaves more than half the call sat there awkwardly in total silence and feeling alienated.

#FFXIV would be more fun if I wasn't constantly being told I should be a Samurai instead of a Monk. Please kindly fuck off; it may have more personal damage (I can admit that much), but it's just not fun to me. At all. I don't find any of the new three melee fun tbh. 50 kills later, and I finally have the Sphene Extreme mount on #FFXIV. Loved these ones a lot, so I'm happy I finally got to grab them today.

How many glasses on #FFXIV are too many glasses? BF and I running 2 man Br'aax maps for fun and he managed to brute force his way through the gamble game for the maximum reward of six pairs. Shame their value is so close to vendor sale price.

Dyed the new Moonfire Faire set on #FFXIV shades of blue to match my character's usual colour choices, and I lowkey love this as his new swimwear/summer look. (Yes, the Sharks are mandatory)

Glad you're enjoying it. I often find it hard to recommend gacha games to people because of the pay to win aspects and not knowing if the temptation will be too much for some. It's a bit of a slippery slope in that regard. So, imo, play away... just be sensible with RL currency (which you are).

As long as you're not spending what you can't afford to spend, I see no harm in this. Enjoy it. :)

I often call my #FFXIV character my son because I love him and don't like inflicting harm on him (even though he literally has to put up with me not being a good player). Am I weird for that? Probably. Do I care? No, not really. I've always brought life to my silent avatars; it makes them more alive
