When the axe entered the forest, some trees rejoiced, some trembled, some didn’t care.

As the forest thinned, the trees met to decide whether to banish the axe.

But most voted to let it stay.

For the axe was clever, and had convinced them that because his handle was wood, he was one of them. 🪵🪓
