It's been a week since the time change, and my biorhythms are still deeply confused.

I am hosting a Memorial Day party on Sunday May 25th, starting late afternoon, after 3pm, and going until about midnight.

I suspect the only thing worse for my health than bacon cheese fries might be trying to drink draino.

I made a low carb pork and mushroom lasagna. It contains about one pound each of ground pork and white button mushrooms. I kept the spice mild; just a little chipotle, baharat, italian, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. It came out pretty well.
