Explain to me like I'm 5 years old. In America you're allowed to have guns, right? You can legally tote them around with you in public, loaded and with ammo, right? It's not only legal it is encouraged, right? So why is 47 saying that "only criminals carry guns"?

I am just hoping that somewhere is a small, elite, trained group, (men in black perhaps) who will just march in, pick him up by the elbows, say nothing, take away his phone and smash it, and dump him in an unmarked van and drive away. And then all the loonies in the cabinet.

I don't mean to be ungrateful, Christmas was lovely, but I asked for just ONE item that I needed. Just one, and didn't get it. Other lovely things, but not that one. And it was the exact same item that I asked for last year, and didn't get. I mean... *sad shrug*

Explain this to me. Why, of all rhe random things this US admin could be spending time, resources and PR on, do they focus on destroying small boats in the Caribbean? It just seems so pointless. Is it just to give Hegseth the illusion of being a "warrior"? What's the game plan here? If any?

It's all over Twatter that the BBC "doctored" a speech of Trump's to make it sound like he incited a riot on January 6 and that he didn't really say that. Much pearl clutching.
But how come I watched it all on CNN on that day and that's exactly what he did say?
