Ya know, I gotta wonder how these people advocating for an “autism cure” expect the cure to work. Like, do they think that there’s a neurotypical person buried under all the ’tism, and the cure can somehow peel back the ‘tism and bring out the neurotypical?

Idea: Create a “seed world” speculative evolution project where a non-Earth planet is seeded with Earth life and left to its own devices for millions of years.
Main seed species: bats.
Other species: any animals and plants that can give the bats a good ecosystem to thrive in.

If I had a nickel for every time a cartoon from my childhood had a main character that normally can’t get injured actually get injured by something and have the sudden realization of “Wait, that hurt?!”, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?

I just finished listening to Paragon Exordium, and HOLY SMOKES! My only complaint was that it had to end! I can’t wait to read the next book in the series when it comes out! 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!

If magical creatures ever revealed themselves to humanity, imagine if we started seeing them competing on some of our favorite reality TV shows; Survivor, American Ninja Warrior, The Amazing Race, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Big Brother, etc.

What if mythical creatures were real at one point in history, but they all were either hunted to extinction or interbred with humans to the point where the original bloodlines were too diluted? Like, their modern descendants can’t use magic anymore, but traces of their ancestry still remain…
