A Florida Fakemon region requires several specific animal based pokemon to properly represent Florida. Alligators, Manatees and Flamingos to name a few. One of these animals are crabs (stone and blue crab), so here is a blue crab pokemon.

Colcrab - the Frozen Crab Pokemon Type: Water/Ice Colcrab are known for making the water around them colder, even freezing water during summer if enough of them are together. This pokemon is commonly used to help people cool off during the summer Craburner - the Boiler pokemon Type: Fire/Ice By using a heat exchange built within their bodies, Craburner is able to harness both extreme heat and extreme cold by moving all the heat from one location in its body to a single point. You can generally tell which one is its dominant claw by finding the one it likes to have heat up most often.

Thunder slime A branch of the slime family that evolved parts of their bodies to resemble rain clouds. by cycling different parts of the clouds quickly, it can force the molecules in the clouds to become charged and creating lighting and electrocuting anything that wonders too close to it. the halo behind its head is used as both a way to ground itself from its own electricity and as a way to nourish itself (feeding on electrical energy). this system allows it to replenish a portion of the energy lost when creating its electrical defense system. Design wise this is another creature designed when thinking about creatures such as the heartless from kingdom hearts like the Red Nocturne and in this case the Yellow Opera.

Started getting back into Yugioh a bit and felt like drawing some support for the favorite card of my childhood (Little Swordsman of Aile) and one of my new favorites, Gouki Guts (technically the entire Gouki Archetype).

The design is heavily focused on Little Swordsman of Aile fused with specifically Gouki Guts (being my favorite Gouki) with the sword referencing Gouki the Blade Ogre. the Lizard sort of inherited the spikes and a sort of mask looking design on its face. Modern Yugioh kind of requires an easier way to get fusion monsters to the field so I decided to make it any Gouki monster since the other target would have to be Little Swordsman. The stats are just adding Gouki Guts and Little Swordsmans attack and defense together, but I knew I wanted the power to be in their effects like how it is for the material cards. I'm not sure if the effects are broken or if its still not good, I'm not a pro at the game and prefer the old mechanics rather than the modern game, but I did my best.

Inktober day 31- Award
Now the final drawing for inktober, had a few different concepts in my head before settling on giving Kirby the best boi award. Makes sense seeing as Air Riders is around the corner.

Kirby getting his award for being a good boi. once I narrowed down what the award was for, originally was going to give it to Bulbasaur but due to already making plenty of pokemon art, I wanted to do something different. That's when I realized I haven't drawn Kirby for a good while so decided he's earned himself an award for sure. As usual, these were fun but kinda exhausting to keep up with on a pretty strict schedule. Hopefully one day I can do art more regularly and so I can do these challenges more regularly. Important thing I've learned is I'm at a point where I don't think I'll improve much more until I learn better techniques from other, more accomplished artist.

Turtle I used for reference had red irises and looked like it had a mild intent to kill. Mine on the other hand looks like it's seen more than one turtle should ever see in its lifetime and is currently trying to clear its mind of any thoughts in order to escape those memories ._. but regardless being someone who had turtles for most of their life, I stand by thinking they are some of the most vacant looking animals in the world.

the Giant skeleton from Elden ring getting ready to fire its eye laser on someone who was JUST TRYING TO EXPLORE A NEW AREA >:( I'm honestly not a big fan of drawing skeletons, they are REALLY complicated to draw. thankfully the one from Elden ring is very big making features easier to see and its still readable I feel even if some proportions are off. Really got to study how to draw a better skull which I'm really happy about.

Siegfried the Red Onion Knight, a fusion of the Final Fantasy Onion Knight and the Dark Souls Onion Knight. While drawing this I could honestly picture this being a fusion in Yugioh if Final Fantasy and Dark Souls ever colabed with each other. Might come back to color this in in the future and add a more flattering background.

Inner machinations of my mind. Person in the image isn't based on anyone specific, more so just a generic character though the elements from their "mind" are basically what are in my head. I did something like this when I was in college as a drawing exercise and had fun with it before. honestly its nice to do something like that again and I wouldn't mind trying this again in a few years.

For this I decided to kill several birds with one stone by drawing the Halloween skin for Wukong from Predecessor (formally known as Paragon). Fun game that should have more attention on it.

This skin is called Infernal Wukong and is 100% a reference to Hellboy, down to the broken horn with glowing firey tips, plus the staff which is basically volcanic, feel like it hits the theme pretty solidly, even if its not the textbook definition of inferno

A fantasy fire fly, designed more like a dragonfly with fangs and the ability to release fire from the end of its tail. They release fire in small bursts as a mating display and defensive tactic against predators.

a bit hard to read without color but this is my experience with a shiny graveler I found in the cave system in pokemon Ruby as a kid. First ever shiny, lowered its health wasted several Ultra balls.... then it exploded.... I was so mad I shut my game off on reflex ._.

My OC vs a rival who obtained the power of Fenrir, clashing with their sword and claw weapons. Spoiler, this is why hes got the hologram wolf head on his shoulder. If it wasn't for the lack of time I would have loved to flesh this out more. honestly will likely pick this up again when I don't have a time constraint and do a more full picture of the entire scene.

Somewhat different than normal, I came up with this on the fly, no time to really play around with the design. Basically its an ice mace that created a frozen sword blade from freezing the water in the air.

a powerful ice mace that has frozen the air around it into a blade made of ice as strong as steel, but with the ability to recover damage by freezing moisture in the air that touches the scratches made in the ice, restoring that part of the blade. in combat when an enemies weapon makes contact with the actual mace, it freezes itself to the enemies weapon, keeping it in place as ice forms around the weapon. if the enemy doesn't let go their hand will also get frozen and eventually get frostbite. While the mace/sword is in its resting place, it freezes the land around it for miles, causing cold environments that reach the air around it and create a permanent winter in the area. The only reason the wielder isn't frozen is due to a curse put upon them by the mace where they tolerate cold as if its room temperature, but lose the ability to withstand any kind of heat, thus being forced to forever live in cold environments.

For this theme I went with a worn old sword. I've tried to draw worn ancient swords in the past but never quite felt like they hit the mark I was looking for. This one feels like an improvement.

An ancient sword worn down by time and extended use. Once had hand guards on each side of the blade but now only sports one on the front, possibly still attached due to it being made tougher as it would take more of a beating in combat.

Nice thing about this theme is the versatility of the term trunk. even a luggage trunk is versatile enough that I can draw a fantasy style treasure chest and it still technically count as a trunk 😎

The design of this trunk is sort of a combination of a fantasy treasure chest and one of those elaborate storage trunks with puzzle like locking systems in place to keep thieves out. for this one you have to: - figure out the angle on each of the two pins to release the straps on the case - figure out the dial code at the bottom to release the mini compartment for the 4 sided pin lock key - turn the tumblers that will allow you to spin combination lock above the keyhole freely - put in the combination to fully unlock the case - THEN you need to pull the string tied to the two horns at the top together to unclasp the chest lid from the bottom. - finally move the weights down to each of the horns to keep the string fully pulled in while lifting the lid if this is not done it will trigger the locks to reset and you'll have to do everything all over again (aside from get the key. the straps will have to be put back in place and you'll have to find the new places the pins are set to).

I enjoy drawing flasks/bottles for potions and such so this honestly has been my favorite theme so far. Design is a bit simple but the challenge doesn't really allow for a lot of ideation time for me.

The design is sort of a cross between simple potion and a whisky bottle. Because of that I could see it be either in a fantasy setting, maybe both making it sort of "magical alcohol". I would like to revisit this design, but at the same time with more time I think I would have made something more extravagant. Though I still think this is one of my best potion/bottle designs.

Simple design for a muscular monster. I've seen similar stuff like this in media (particularly from the mirror SCP and the music video for Mr.Fear) but nothing quite as buff as this design. keeping it simple allowed me to focus on figuring out the muscles better and in the future I hope to be able to apply this to more complicated designs.

Sting (the sword that Bilbo and Frodo use for those who don't know) from lord of the rings. I tried to do my best with the swords details but at the end of the day I was NOT going to attempt to draw out the elvish design/writing on the blade, so I went with my own sort of design.

Initially I was thinking broom, but my mind drifted to a "tail sweep" concept, particularly close up shots of Godzilla's tail came to mind and wanted to try to capture that feeling.

A insect like dragon monster with hard outer wings like a beetle and a long powerful tail it uses to bludgeon enemies with and long horns near the back of its head. possessing 4 eyes to more accurately pin point targets, one set made to catch movement while the other set is made to catch details. combined they can accurately read detailed movements better than most high speed cameras.
