"Iharu," Reno is suddenly standing much closer, though when Iharu swivels to face him, he conscientiously takes a half-step back. "If this is too weird you can tell me to fuck right off, okay, but I wanna ask you something." Something about his expression is so hard, so determined, that it takes Iharu's breath away. Yet, oddly, it's also wide-open, the way it has been from the very moment they met. "Shoot," Iharu croaks. Reno studies his expression closely, and seems to soften a little around the edges. "I'm only asking this because… because I'm trying to figure myself out. And I think you're cool, or whatever, and this is definitely stupid. And rude. So I'm sorry. But," he heaves in a breath, "are you gay?"

It's lucky, Iharu thinks distantly, that he doesn't have work tomorrow, 'cause if he's even alive, he'll have the worst hangover known to man. He's tripping over his own feet, loudly complaining that Haruichi is gripping his wrist too hard, tugging him too roughly as he leads him somewhere. When he tries to think, Iharu realises he has no idea what's been going on for the past… twenty minutes, maybe? Possibly half an hour. The last thing he clearly remembers is downing the remnants of someone's cheap vodka. The only thing he knows right now is that he misses Reno, who could be anywhere in this stupid fucking house, which was already hard enough to navigate before the world started spinning. "You're such a baby," Haruichi grouches, tightening his hold. "You're a baby– fuck," Haruichi stops suddenly, and Iharu walks directly into him with a wheeze. "You fucker, what're you doing?!" "Here," Haruichi says, though he isn't talking to Iharu. "Take him, please." "Take me?" Iharu cries, turning to glower at him. "I haven't done anything to you, mate, you coulda left me behind if it was such a fuckin' hassle!" "Don't you mate me, sweetheart," Haruichi shoots back, "y' should be thanking me, actually."
