This is so cruel. People need food. Why is the government allowed to step in on a business’s choice to offer discounts to their customers?
The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email

AT&T’s business sales arm are some of the most slimey salesmen. They cold call, lie about scheduled meetings to receptionists to get through, send emails in ways that bypass spam filters, and ignore when you ask to have your business removed from their sales list. Gross stuff.

I had to drive a Nissan Sentra with the auto start feature last week. As a driver of a 6 speed manual transmission car, it was the most jarring experience I’ve had driving. I hate the feature so much. I’m still thinking about it a week later.
