love the danny elfman theme but i dont think it really fits spider-man too well. feels like they asked him to recreate his batman theme than anything tailored to spidey

didnt think much of it at the time but ending the movie on this joke is the perfect encapsulation of what i like about the FF. might have just fought a mind boggling extistential threat but still gotta brush their teeth the day after and more importantly are excited at that prospect just the same.

kinda good example of this is how they handle the MJ reveal in homecoming. You cant adapt the original gag of her existence into the jackpot line because we all know who MJ is, but having every basic trait be different to throw us off ends up giving the same effect of, "THAT'S MJ???!?!"

i dont think you can adapt the death of gwen stacy into film. i think its genuinely impossible if you play it straight for it to have the same effect.

As cool as the 2D Sonic prototypes are, I'm so glad we got Penny instead.
When I was making my criticisms of the game it was always with two things in mind:
1) I really, REALLY want to see more;
2) these are smart guys! It's just that game dev is tough!
