Your flowers will be both better and cheaper. It's far less stress creating for a Wednesday than a Caturday. The delivery schedules with the wholesalers will work much better for you.
Venues tend to be far more affordable midweek, too.

It was awesome to spot Explorer roses on a local wholesaler's #ValentinesDay pre book.
