But, as someone who tried making their own bread during grad student poverty days, like it's HARD to find time to bake bread if you work.
My recommendation is get a used slow cooker or instapot.

Great video I'm going to give this a go. For anyone in colder climates like myself and your home is cooler. You start the pre-heat of your oven for a minute or two just to get the inside warm, do not let it come to temp, just warm the inside. Otherwise the rise may take longer than in the video.
