So two other things I've done this week.
1. I finally got the courage to try an advanced class in krav maga, it was very hard but it was good! I'll definitely go again
2. I'm brushing up on quantum mechanics by going through a text book

A coworker was saying he was being head hunted by Anduril (defense contractor) for an SRE role.
I realized that if the drone crashed or failed, you'd have a post-mortem because someone DIDN'T die

So today a light in the bathroom literally exploded, it started sparking and caused the glass panel of the light to fall and shatter.

I think the problem is that I get really excited for stuff and then get it, but then I also don't like change so once I have it, it gets a bit to get used to

Finished outer worlds 2! It was good, but I'm surprised how many endings there are and content I most have missed

I've vastly improved both the emoji rifle and the stuff launcher in my back mod. I actually recreated the stuff launcher from scratch so now it's much better and more fun to use

I admit, at first I was a little worried I wouldn't enjoy the outer worlds 2, the first world was a little bit mediocre.
I've just completed the second world and it was much better, I'm much more excited for the rest! (Sadly I'm already half way through D:)

This is the most scrappy I've ever felt at work, it's awesome. We are doing a major migration and I'm having to cannibalize servers, make quick changes and the like to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Also means sometimes I have to work at 4am but I'm actually ok with it

Also I got the first bit of feedback from a random person playtesting my mod. The feedback was "This is better than cursed halo 1" which, considering I think cursed halo 1 is the best halo mod I've ever played, EXTREMELY high praise

Bugs can be strange. I added a light to scarab in my halo 2 mod and this broke jumping, as in when I jumped I'd jump random heights and sometimes instantly die, from adding a light to a scarab.

The builder had the garage door open and poor Fox was locked outside for over 7 hours. Luckily, he tried to get back inside and eventually found his way into the front garden. We searched for him for a good 2 hours, finally heard his cries and found him. Thank goodness!

It's slightly funny to see all the long-standing moral panics about things making people autistic, like its this big end of the world thing.
I'm in an extremely good job, making a tonne of money, mostly because of my logical thinking, partly related to my autism. So it's been fine for me

Turns out when the player isn't looking at something it can disappear. Solution: make the things "very big" but keep same model
