I've been roleplaying and writing every day, even when I'm creatively blocked. It's one of the things I found most difficult before, and now it's something I do every day.

For whoever needs to hear this: you, as someone who was hurt and mistreated by others, have the capacity to and may be doing the same to others without realizing it, so take every now and then to examine your own actions and be sure you aren’t using your own trauma as an excuse to hurt others
