I am thrilled about representation in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream and I am looking forward to getting it when it releases. Really enjoyed the original and this is so hype for me. Guess I need to start saving for it.

My 5 year old did a bad thing last night, the eve before my now 9 year old's birthday. I did my best to salvage it.

I very dearly wish I wasn't greeted with a gigantic ad for Harry Potter taking up my whole screen every time I open Audible. I wish there was a way to block suggestions like that.

I can't forgive @ashleystclair.bsky.social on behalf of my community. People are still suffering currently as a result of her past actions. But, I can say that as a mom myself, doubling down on her apology to us after being sued for custody by the world's richest man in response is not lost on me.

I am very happy to have a physical copy of Kero Kero Cowboy. This game is fantastic. It's like what if Kirby and Mega Man had a baby but it's a frog and it has a gun and grew up to be a cowpoke. The ROM is only $10 on the creator's itch.io page, so go support your indie homebrew devs!

Given everything has happened to Twitter, I no longer trust social media and I will be purging my footprint on Bluesky annually now. Apologies to anyone who really needed the reposts/likes, but I am assuming it won't be much of a bother for posts that old.

My new year's resolution in 2026 is to stop using AI. I didn't use it much before, pretty much just as a dictionary, thesaurus, encyclopedia, and critic, but I'm going to stop doing even that. It's a technology that needs to die and even my uses legitimizes the more egregious uses of others.

As of today, I have been on feminizing hormones and living as my authentic self for two whole years, have had six sessions of laser hair removal, and one major surgery. My quality of life is unquantifiably better than it was two years ago. Life is good and I have no regrets. 😊🥰
