I know that Obama's Presidency wasn't exactly the best, because he was the one who led to Trump's Presidency but god do I miss those times

What does the phrase "Ghost Followers" mean? Does it mean that I have a lot of bots as my followers or...?
If so, yeah I've long suspected that a lot of my followers are bots or AI but I don't really know what to do about it besides following a bunch of moderation lists.
