Well I lasted 28 hours lmao I kept seeing too much good food online
I’m doing a 72 hour fast to ring in the new year 🤪 I just completed the first 24 hours. It’ll end at 1pm on Wednesday. I’m doing this to flush my system and help w inflammation. I am taking salt, potassium, and magnesium on a schedule.
