As a once-proud alumn of Columbia, I am very disappointed in the university administration for cowardly refusing to stand up to Trump. Caving just encourages them to do it again, and with increasingly outrageous demands. Everyone involved in this decision should resign.

For anyone who is waffling about the Columbia situation, this is a story that clearly ends with "and then they came for me." It doesn't matter what you think about the protests, if you let them ignore due process for the people you don't like it won't stop there.

Just to be on record, the current president of the United States is a disgraceful Fascist clown, and the despicable sycophants who surround him are even worse. Anyone who voted for him is directly responsible for the consequences, for example taking away HIV treatment from millions of children.
