The Southern #Baptist Convention (#SBC) was formed in 1845 in Augusta, GA, primarily because of a dispute over chattel slavery and missionary appointments within the larger Baptist denomination. Slavery was outlawed and giving to the CP is decreasing. Should the SBC disband?
