Eyeball practice before bed.
Rebelle Brush hack: Works with oils. Turn on "dirty" and "multicolor" brush. Switch to "paint and blend mode" (hotkey 3). Sample an area of your canvass by a light tap of your stylus. You can stay in P+B mode or switch to paint mode (hotkey 1) and you should get an effect like this.

Foliage made in Blender + a little lock pixel transparency magic and Guassian blur. Just a few finishing touches and I'm calling this one done.

I feel like this is an underappreciated anatomical feature and I'd love to see it used more often. I would have liked to go further in depth on this but alas, time, life, reality, existential dread, and all that jazz. You know how it is.
