Collosion: Stena Immaculate - Solong
Details are yet not released but it looks like Solong was operated with autopilot steering for many hours. Two scenarios are possible. The likely scenario is that AP was engaged and crew were not alert and were not keeping watch. (Drunk, sleeping…) 1/

Nuclear icebreaker YAKUTIYA, delivered one week ago has made seatrials the last +24h. The ship should now be in service and such seatrials finished. Question is if the delivery (28 dec 2024) was made for contractual reasons and the ship may still not be ready for service. We will see!

Could the cutting of the power cable Estlink-2 by Eagle S be part a strategic action to delay the electric disconnection between Baltics and Russia? I think this must be considered.
