Hmm... Migration to ESP32-S3 from ESP32 is more challenging than I thought 😥

I've been struggling to get the BMI160 gyroscope sensors working. Both I2C and SPI failed completely. It turned out two of the modules were broken. I bought three, and luckily, the last one worked fine. It took me over a week to figure this out.
