A historic, shameful moment in US history as it votes with Belarus, Russia at the UN.
The gamekeeper has become the poacher.
Churchill & Roosevelt turn in their graves.

Oh America, this is not the USA I taught in as an Exchange Teacher 1978-79. I’m so sad for the downfall caused by your President 😢
Breaking news: U.S. sides with Russia to vote against a U.N. resolution condemning Moscow for the Ukraine war.

Washington’s dramatic shift on the conflict marks a major break with its European allies and coincides with the Trump administration’s bid to repair relations with the Kremlin.

Have you heard this? 👇 Thousands of voices recorded over four and a half years come together with cello by Laura Peribañez Artero to perform Quanta Qualia by Patrick Hawes. It's the perfect soundtrack if you just need 5 minutes quiet time as a new, busy week approaches. Enjoy! youtu.be/acZx_FJlSrI

I miss Valentina & her kiosk. I miss her positivity & warm-heartedness. Valentina has been undergoing cancer treatment. To cheer her up I turned the Valentina’s Kiosk theme into a song & the legendary BBC Singers
have recorded it for her. Here is Valentina’s Song. Conducted by David Hill.

What a surprise (not)!
New research from the IFS showing the closure of youth centres during the 2010s was shortsighted. For every £1 saved, the costs to affected users, crime victims and public spending in the police and the criminal justice system amount to £2.85

Very proud to sing Mahler3 in Monaco last Sunday as a member of CBSO Chorus with Kazuki Yamada, Gerhild Romberger, Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo and children from Academie Rainier III - to remember their musician Franck Lavogez who died suddenly in August. A very atmospheric season opener.
