Ohio's corrupt Statehouse wants to punish school districts that successfully proved in court that the current voucher program is illegal.

Let that sink in.
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A bill introduced Tuesday would deduct state funding from any school district that challenges Ohio in court over private school vouchers or other parts of the state education funding.

Makes sense: how can Trump pardon Maduro if he doesn’t get convicted first?
GS: “Sen. Warner said you can’t argue drug trafficking charges demand invasion in one case while issuing a pardon in another…”🤔

@marcorubio: “Maduro was indicted.”

GS: “Hernandez was CONVICTED.”

RUBIO: “I wasn't involved in the pardon… I've got other things going on.” 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great post from my colleague Joey Fishkin @fishkin.bsky.social. The same should be said about the preexisting Title VI demands. I don’t see any kind of “deal” that doesn’t fundamentally undermine the rule of law and academic freedom.

The need for fair congressional districts is beyond overdue. Ohio elected officials must pass a bipartisan map that accurately represents their communities.

Voters should choose their leaders, not the other way around. www.cleveland.com/news/2025/09...
