Role Announcement: Today The Precinct was released on PS5, Xbox, and Steam. I had the pleasure of playing several roles including Detective Ferrera who is just a full on caricature of an 80's city detective. Made me giggle every time I had to record him. The game looks like a blast!

My 8 year old daughter just discovered first hand that you CANNOT sneak up and "spook" my wife. I now have a wife in the bathroom changing her freshly peed pants and an 8 year old girl in tears after hearing my wife scream bloody murder while jumping up and down.

So is ACX just a complete waste of time now? It seems almost EVERY title I audition for is removed by the author within a day or two. Why waste my time?

Me being Trans detracts nothing from the game. If thats whats stopping you from enjoying an incredibly well crafted story and fun game, then Im sorry. I hope one day you can grow as a person and finally be as happy as I am

What I have learned about voice acting this year. Honestly a lot but really a couple things that have helped me: 1) the perfect read/performance does not exist so stop trying to find it and 2) Confidence in whatever you are doing in every read makes a MASSIVE difference.

Pretty sure someone just tried to scam me on voices.com. Folks, if someone asks for personal info (or a W9) for "contract reasons" on a casting site that handles agreements and payments...ASK and get confirmation before you just email someone everything.

Just found out I booked it! What a nice little Christmas present. It’s nothing huge but it’s a good confidence boost and a nice resume get. Woo!
