I don't think a petition is going to do much. HOWEVER, You can send requests for a native Linux client to Celsys directly via their support page specifically the "Requests" section.

hmm that might be huge for my Animating needs as Flash CS6 is my choice even though i'd love to switch to something else,, hope more software will get linux support (like Clip Studio Paint or Da Vinci Resolve.. mainly Clip Studio Paint).
Newer Adobe software, such as Photoshop, may soon work on the #SteamDeck and Linux thanks to a fix in the works from GitHub user PhialsBasement:

The previous year has been the most life changing for me. I started posting my art online, started a comic series, talked with many moots who reached out to me, and new people on the internet and became more social.. It was all so wild. Hope for this year to be even better!

people were already doing this on their own prior to this update and mocking me with "fixed" versions of my work

There's a gazillion ways to build a scene with zero drawing skills. You can build rooms with Sims, Minecraft, probably a dozen other tools online. You can use stuff like HeroForge for posing a character. Or- and perhaps most importantly - be fine with doing it badly. We used to be like that with art
