Some photos of Hilbre Islands. I can confirm that there was a porpoise on my first photo, but it was too quick for me to get my phone out. We did see Terns, Gulls, Oystercatchers and Grey Seals as well #HilbreIslandsnaturereserve #Hilbre #photography #reflections #spring #WestKirby

High tide at Parkgate today, which is usually a big event in birding in North West UK. The air pressure was very low and the wind very calm, so the marsh didn't fill up with water as much as it usually does. Still, we saw little egrets and geese, plus a kestrel and a buzzard, so not a bad day 🙂
