I'm making a big decision that I think will be healthy for me in the long run. My only goal in splatoon rn is to reach top 10 and once I do I'll probably never come back to the game. If I do it's to play with friends or causally but won't be as often as what I do now. My reasoning is that-
Reached 2400+ in series with tent!! Dropped to 2300 but I'll get those points back. Really proud of myself taking the time to play weapons I truly enjoy while succeeding with them! 🫡

Been trying a new playstyle with dread that I haven't tried before due to me playing mostly passive with dread. It's high risk high reward kind of playstyle and trying to take more fights I'd always second guess myself. It has been going well since I'm having more confidence in myself :)

The tent is coming back!! TV buff has been making my tent viable and I couldn't be happier since I was gonna drop it for good. 2500 in series might have to happen! Very pleased with the 2300 atm! 🫡

I got a free TV at work today and is the first time I get to experience splatoon on a tv in the comfort of my home since I've been a tabletop player for a little over 8 years. Will get the hang of playing on TV since apparently it's one of the best ways to play the game!

Been experimenting with Luna neo since it tends to do very well in clams blitz and I can see why. Been playing it for a little over a week and I'm planning to commit to it for X rank in case something happens in zones. I have a lot of faith in myself since I'm currently top 50 in zones atm!

Went 3-2 in zones that gave me 93 points for beating the current #1 and #2 in zones twice. Probably would have been more points if I didn't lose twice but I'm not complaining. If anything I'm really proud of myself that I'm close to 2400 power this early into the season!

So getting top 10 this season was a no go due to me preparing for inventory at my work the 1st two months of the season leaving me with zero energy once I had time to play X rank. Wasn't until there was about 6 weeks left of this season ending I had time to grind X. Once the new season starts-

I've finally figured out what weapons I want to play on each mode for X rank. (Fr this time I hope lol)
Zones I'll be using dread, Tower I'll be using forge pro/frozen pro, rainmaker will be decav, and clams will be flingza
Been seeing a lot of success just have to relearn the pros and flingza 🫡
