BIOphysical Quantitative Imaging Towards Clinical Diagnosis - multidisciplinary research and education in imaging sciences with collaborative arrangements between basic research institutions and the clinical sites of the Charité.
The 𝗕𝗜𝗢𝗤𝗜𝗖 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 organised the 11th DFG Academy for Young Scientists in Medical Technology (NAMT) in collaboration with SFB1340 (Matrix-in-Vision), the Department of Radiology at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, and colleagues from the University of Münster (SFB1450).

To present one of our Phd stud.: #MoritzPiening is in the Mathematics 📐Department, TUB. His research sits at the intersection of maths and ⌨️ computer vision, focus on Bayesian uncertainty quantification in med. imaging. As an applied mathematician, he works on both theoratical and practical aspects.

Tom Meyer has been awarded the Charité Young Investigators Commission's Medical Scientist Fellowship for Tablet US Elastography for his particularly significant research project, enabling him to take a decisive step in his career in medical research. Congratulations👏, we are very happy for Tom!
