Update: I forgot to install another package and misplaced the configuration file. Now everything runs smooth as butter again.
More games than I expected have issues booting up, really poor framerate stability if they do work or don’t recognize my controller correctly.
Probably going to have to ask the SUSE forum for advice on this.

Updated my PC a few days ago (openSUSE Leap 15.6 -> 16.0)
Excited to say that I can finally screenshare with audio again on it now.
Can't quite tell the difference in performance between X11 and Wayland so far, but I'm glad I have both.
Also some of my Steam games stopped working RIP 🥀
