When I lived in Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to talk to many tourists. I discussed healthcare with a guy from the,UK. He earned roughly the same amount as me at the time. The govt withheld roughly the same amount as Medicare withholds for health ins. No copay, premiums, or deductibles.
