The new system of focusing on smaller scope updates are so far working good, would not say I am up to full speed yet, but it's progress :D

Finally take control of where a command/trigger can be in a chat message, they no longer have to be at the start of a message. Also if you have the know-how, regex is now supported!

> Moved Bikubot to use the new Eventsub twitch API, to avoid downtime as twitch is slowly closing down the old one.
> The Mac version is finally up to date with the Windows one. (requires a manually update this time).
