For us this year, Christmas was quiet and pretty simple. We spent it at Megans sisters place, where I made the Christmas Dinner, after spending the Christmas Eve there watching Muppets Christmas Carol. I made fresh cranberry sauce, which was basically cranberries cooked in port with sugar, I am not a fan but everyone else is, and they seemed to enjoy it, better than shop bought. I then cooked the rest of the dinner, starting with honey glazed red cabbage cooked in red wine, normally I would add sultanas, but no one fancied them.
