One thing I hope people understand is that I'm not a bit quiet and distant because I hate anyone or dislike them. I enjoy y'alls company. I'm just centering myself spiritually and mentally to do intensive healing. The medication regimen I have begun has helped and I'm reconnecting spiritually.
